Made-to-order production

Personalised prints are produced specifically for the paid order and are not taken from stock.

Estimated times

The overall lead time has two stages:

• production: approximately 2–5 working days;
• delivery in Italy: approximately 3–7 working days from dispatch;
• international destinations: longer times, depending on the country and carrier.

These are estimates, not guarantees of delivery on a precise day. Busy periods or logistical disruption may extend them. The order summary shows the current estimates for the selected items, and material changes are communicated when known.

Separate delivery

Digital documents may be available before the physical parcel. Multiple physical items may ship separately where stated.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent when supplied by the carrier and also appear on the protected order page where available.

Damage or delivery problems

Report visible damage or missing items with the order number and, where possible, photographs. This practical request does not limit statutory rights.

Shipping costs

The shipping country, method and exact charge are shown before payment. No shipping charge is added after confirmation without agreement.
