Digital delivery
A dedication is an entirely digital gift: we do not ship products and there are no shipping charges. This is how and when you receive the documents.

When they arrive
The personalised documents included in your offer are prepared after payment confirmation. The estimated preparation time is a few minutes: it is an estimate, may vary and is not guaranteed. The order page always shows the current status.
Where to find them
We email you when the documents are ready, and they are always available on your protected order page. For security, download links expire after a while: you can get new ones from the order page.
Passing them to the recipient
You can forward the files or create, from the order page, a personal link the recipient uses to open the gift online. You can deactivate the link at any time.
If you want to print them
The documents are PDF files designed for printing too: you can print them yourself, at home or at a print shop. Printing is not a service we provide and its cost is not included in the price.
If something is wrong
If a document does not arrive, cannot be opened or does not match the preview you approved, report it with the order number: we regenerate the documents free of charge. The legal guarantee and consumer remedies always remain available.
Orders with printed products
Orders with printed products confirmed before 24 September 2026 remain governed by the terms accepted when they were placed; for any request, contact email hello@astarforyou.com.
