    You can state constellation or brightness preferences. They are considered when the available catalogue permits and are never presented as a guarantee.

    Naked-eye visibility is not guaranteed; it depends on location, season, time, weather, light pollution and equipment.

    Choose privacy

    Select public, code-only or private visibility. Memorial dedications begin with the most protective setting.

    Review the preview

    Review how your words appear on the certificate and sky map before adding the configuration to the cart. Preview watermarks distinguish these from final documents.

    Check the total

    The cart and checkout show the selected item, VAT, shipping where applicable and the final total. There is no subscription or renewal fee.

    Give consent and pay

    Required declarations remain separate and unchecked until you select them. The exact text, version, timestamp and hash are retained with the order.

    A real catalogue star is connected

    After payment, the system assigns a real star from the internal SIMBAD-derived catalogue and freezes its scientific snapshot for the documents.

    Documents and any print are prepared

    Digital documents are prepared after payment and made available on the order page and by email. A selected print then follows its production and shipping workflow.

    The dedication can be verified

    The certificate contains a code and QR code. The verification page shows only information allowed by the chosen privacy setting.

    Support remains available

    Contact support with the order number for corrections, defects, damage or a mismatch with the approved preview. Applicable remedies are explained in the terms.
