Physical products and shipping are not available in the United States at launch. Everything supplied for a United States order is digital and is made available through the protected order page and email links.

There is no European-fulfillment fallback: a United States order is not shipped from Europe or from any other origin.
Made-to-order production
No printed, framed or otherwise physical item is produced, sold or dispatched for United States orders at launch. Personalized content is produced only as digital files.
Estimated times
No delivery or shipping time is offered for United States orders, because nothing is dispatched. This page states no lead time, delivery date or delivery window.

Separate delivery
A United States order is not split between digital documents and a physical parcel: there is no physical item and no consignment of any kind.
Tracking
No carrier, tracking reference or delivery notification is provided for United States orders, because no parcel is dispatched. The protected order page shows the digital documents available for the order.
Damage or delivery problems
Transit damage, lost parcels and missed deliveries cannot arise for United States orders. To report a problem with a digital document, use the problem-reporting form with the order number.
Shipping costs
No shipping charge is shown, added or collected for United States orders.
